Not because of material gifts, but because it was so much fun hanging with the B.
He didn't really understand that he was getting new toys and stuff and wasn't in a hurry to open presents, but when he did start opening, he was so excited. I really enjoyed watching him.
I didn't get to go to the Christmas Eve service at church. He wanted to no part of that. So we sat in the nursery and played.
We had a good time at the in law's yesterday. He didn't want to take a nap, so I lied down with him (I was going to nod off anyway).
We did all get lots of nice things (including a new SUV), but the best was just being with my little family and enjoying each other.
