disappointment

I hate being the one who brings disappointment. After much agonizing, I confirmed, in no uncertain terms (I'd been trying to leave myself hedge room to see if we could make it work) that Billy would neither be attending her wedding in October nor would he be her ring bearer. I'm heartbroken that she's disappointed.
