Want a great way to kick off Project Spectrum this year? Wear Red on February 1. You'll help raise awareness that heart disease is the number 1 killer of women in America. I'm going to be kicking around at home getting ready for my parents' visit this weekend (B turns 4 on Saturday), but I'll still wear red.
I love PS's format this year. The first two months are my favorite, of course.
