For me, it's all about the struggle every day not to eat like 'crap!' I loved Weight Watcher's...but I was on it too long--if you don't journal it doesn't work, and now I'm too inured to journal. (I think I might also be too busy!) It has worked for me, and I hate working at losing weight. As for your other thoughts, I like the not focusing on the weight numbers. I like to think about lifestyle change over anything else.
